The hotel is open 24 hours a day. You can check-in from 3pm and check-out by midday. You can leave your luggage in our secure storage area any time.
Subject to availability, we can provide a late check-out or pre-3pm check-in. These services incur an extra charge.
The price is per room and per night. It usually does not include breakfast and never includes the holiday tax applied by Paris City Hall.
We offer an all-you-can-eat buffet breakfast for 20 euros per person.
An express breakfast can also be offered for 8 euros (hot drink, fruit juice and pastries)
A room formula on a tray is also possible for 21 euros per person. You just have to fill in a form each evening and specify your preferences
Our hotel has two disabled rooms and two lifts. Please inform us of your requirements when booking.
We love animals but they are not allowed at our hotel no matter their size or weight.
In collaboration with a nearby Italian restaurant, the hotel offers room service for your lunches from 12 noon to 2 p.m. and for your dinners from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m..
Of course we can keep your luggage in our secure storeroom whilst you wait for your room to be available or the afternoon you check-out. However, please note that this storage facility cannot be used as a left-luggage office.
We have lock-ups available to pre-book on a secure site. The car park is 400m from our hotel. Each lock-up costs 32 Euros per night.
Wi-Fi is free throughout the hotel. Reception provides guests with the codes on arrival. Please ask our teams if you want to print documents or conduct research.
We can’t guarantee a specific room number due to our schedule. However, please let us know your preference and we’ll do our best to satisfy your request.

No, the whole hotel is no smoking including the rooms and communal areas. Please don’t smoke on the balconies. An ash tray is provided outside the hotel or on our outdoor terrace.
Yes, every room has a safe with space to secure your laptop.
All our rooms are air-conditioned with individual control. You can use the reversible air conditioners to switch to heating mode. So you can get the right temperature for your break all year.
Lack of space and surface area in the French capital is a real problem that most Paris hotels have to deal with. However, please be assured that all our rooms meet Paris standards and the criteria required for 4* hotel ratings. Depending on the room type, they vary in size between 15m2 and 27m2 including the bathroom.
You can make direct calls from your room by dialling 0 then the phone number. Any incoming calls go through reception who will transfer them or take a message if you’re not in.
All our rooms have outdoor access: either a private balcony or access to the walkways with views of the garden for all the rooms. We cannot guarantee a specific room with a balcony or walkway but please let us know your preferences.
We have a cot for children aged 3 and under. Please note that the hotel doesn’t have triple rooms but provides the luxury of adjoining rooms sleeping 4 guests.
No, we don’t have any spare beds. The size of our rooms doesn’t allow it.
We’d be delighted to book a shuttle bus with our partner to or from the airport or train station. Please contact reception for rates. Reception would be delighted to book a taxi or recommend public transport options.
The Commerce station, metro line 8, is a 2 minute walk from the hotel on the bustling Rue du Commerce. You can reach all the tourist attractions in Paris within 10 minutes. Emile Zola (line 10) and La Motte Picquet Grenelle stations (line 6) are within a 5-10 minute walk.
Bus numbers 70 and 88 are within a 1 minute walk and take you to countless parts of Paris.
All our staff will greet and assist you fluently in French and English. Each member of the reception team speaks a third language: Spanish, Italian etc.
Our spa area (pool, hammam and gym) is open 8am-12pm and 1mp-10pm. There are no extra charges as it’s included in the price of your stay.
No, for safety reasons and to maintain our services, the pool is exclusively for our guests.
There are bathrobes and slippers in every room that you can use for the pool. The area also has changing rooms with bath towels if you wish to use them.
